• Coach dashboard for team management
• AI-powered trading insights

To use TradeQuy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

TradeQuy offers Free, Pro, and Coach subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice

All content, features, and functionality of TradeQuy — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of TradeQuy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

TradeQuy is a risk management and analytics tool only. Nothing provided through our service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user. We do not guarantee any trading results or outcomes. Past performance metrics displayed in the platform are not indicative of future results. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeQuy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any trading losses incurred while using our service
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TradeQuy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of TradeQuy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TradeQuy shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
